Join the FREE "Get Active Inside" 5-Day Activity Challenge!

starts Monday, January 14th

Need to shut off the cartoons? And get their energy out?

(without destroying the house?)

You’ve been cooped up for days and your kids are not able to move their bodies like they should, but you know that they need that movement in their day to stop them from going wild & crazy.

You know they need to release their energy and run, jump, climb and skip… but it’s cold and dark early… and just driving you nuts being stuck inside.

I knew she was getting restless, and that I needed to step up my game, but I didn't know where to begin.

I knew she was getting restless, and that I needed to step up my game, but I didn’t know where to begin. The 5-day challenge was perfect for us, and we both had a great time! We look forward to activity time every day. – Maria Gomez

Take the 5 Day "Get Active Inside" Challenge & you will...

  • Have simple go-to activities that get your child’s pent up energy out when it’s too cold to stay outdoors for very long.
  • Discover that you can allow for physical release of energy indoors (without it destroying your house) that also create memories with your child.
  • Keep your child entertained when you’re cooped up so they’re not bored and asking for cartoons.
  • Notice a better attitude in your home when you have things to do inside that are fun, and don’t require too much time or materials.
  • Spend more time being with your kids when you’re ready for the week with a supply list and a physical activity to do each day!

My son was a different kid. And I was a different mom.

You were doing a free challenge. I joined, I participated, and my son was a different kid. And I was a different mom. Playing with my son is a different experience now, thanks to your activities! I absolutely love the simplicity, and my toddler loves joining in as well! – Lauren Long

Being the parent you want to be doesn't have to be a struggle.

In the winter…. it’s a huge struggle to just get dressed and out the door, let alone be creative and actually do activities with your little kids that help expend their energy.

I feel that overwhelm too.

I want to spend quality time with my kids. I want to be their first teacher. I want to make memories for them to look back on their childhood. This is a primary parenting goal of mine.

Simple activities are key!

By making movement a priority for your child, you’ll find that they are more able to focus and pay attention when you need them to.

Hi! I'm Jamie!

I’m a stay at home mom of 3 active boys. I’ll be the one challenging you to be the parent you’ve always wanted to be.

Who is this active challenge for?

Parents of 2-5 year olds to do at home! Some older or younger kids will be able to join in too, just be ready to ask in our private challenge group for help adapting it to your child’s age — the group is a goldmine for information like that!

Why this challenge makes you a better parent from another parent just like you:

I took up this challenge as I felt I was failing spending quality time with my 3 year old as I’m trying to juggle her demands and that of my 7 month old baby. This challenge has certainly helped me reset my mind and approach to try and find a balance between my kids. The activities were easy to set up and fun. I sure see us repeating these activities again. Josephine
